Mr. Khan Sovannaroth, with his over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry, established Cozy Home Co., Ltd. in late 2016 to aid the current state of property valuations locally while providing comprehensive property services to his international clients. Cozy Home is a fully licensed and insured real estate consulting firm dedicated to providing professional services to companies with institutional and individual clients in Cambodia. We are competitive in all areas of Real Estate solutions but have proved to be especially successful in Property & Asset Valuation, Property Agency, Ownership Transfer and have recently established Building Safety Assessment as a new service in the Cambodian market.

With our mission to provide professional and legal services, we are granted the licenses of Valuation Service and Estate Agency by the Ministry of Economic & Finance in 2017 and 2019 respectively. Additionally, we are recognized by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC).

Our head office is in Phnom Penh whilst our representative offices are at Siem Reap and Battambang Provinces with services that reach up to Ratanakiri. In the near future we plan to have more offices at some other main provinces.
